<GOAL>
Team GAZOO Racing, Driver Morizo.
(23:32)
<GOAL>
Members of Team GAZOO Racing.
(23:30)
#18 Porsche is followed by other Porsches of Manthey Racing. (23:18)
Leading Manthey Porsche is heading toward the goal and looking back on last 24-hour tough journey with all others machines. (23:16)
#18 Manthey Porsche, the winner, now received the checkered flag and other teams will finish the race. (23:30)
Now current leader #18 Manthey Porsche has passed the main straight. #18 goes into the final lap. (23:11)
GAZOO Racing team went through the ordeal given by Nurburgring again this year. I believe that each one of the drivers, mechanics and supporting staff did have precious experience and develop oneself. (23:29)
Just few minutes left for year 2011 Nurburgring 24-hour race.
Since all German powerful teams have participated this race, so many highlights have been produced than usual year.
(23:07)
The elite team of Audi this year is doing their best to the end. It have a chance to be a prize winner. (23:28)
Unfortunately #32 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG couldn't get to the 50th place. They will hold back their tear.
King Porsche and continuous winner Manthey are competing for the champion chair taken by BMW teams last year.
(23:27)
And here's current overall ranking
1st #18 Manthey Racing Porsche 911 GT3 RSR
2nd #1 BMW Motorsport BMW M3 GT
3rd #14 Audi Phoenix Audi R8 LMS
(23:26)
#87 LFA Driver Kinoshita is going back to the course after 3 minutes penalty time. All we hope now is to finish in safe. (23:25)
[PIT]
Right now, #87 is in the pit road for the 3-minute penalty.

The reason of the penalty is reported that it started driving by itself,
though the course martial tried to tow it when it stopped at the back straight.
(23:25)
As for #87 FLA's race completion that we are concerning, currently the top machine has made 152 laps.
#87 LFA has made 76 laps so far. So if #87 makes lap on this pace, we are pretty sure that #87 can clear the finish requirement.
(23:24)
<23 hours and a half have passed>
The last one is by Driver Andre Lotterer, the Le Mans winner.
(23:24)
30 minutes to finish. (23:24)
23:30
[PIT]
Right now, 3-minute penalty seems to be imposed on #87, Driver Kinoshita.
He has to go into the pit load and wait for 3 minutes in the next lap.
(23:14)
#87 LFA will take 3 min penalty at the next pit stop. (22:46)
It seems that 3-minute penalty will be imposed on #87.
There might be some kind of violation of the rules during it was stopping on the track side.
(23:22)
The 3rd place in the SP class is #88 GAZOO Racing LEXUS LFA.
After 3 hours recovering work, they are catching up to get within the 50th place in total.
Machines within th 50th place can go to the winners' podium.
(23:22)
[PIT]
#88 has just passed the pit!
It is in the 48th place after the out lap!
(22:41)
The 2nd place in SP class is #82 Chevrolet Corvette C6 GT4. #82 is in the 25th in total with its steady performance. (23:21)
The ranking of SP class. The 1st in the class is now #2 Hankook Ferrari F458. It fell in the rank once, but after marvelous chasing, it's now in the second in total. (23:21)
Now, less than 1 hour to go for this demanding 24h race. (22:33)

Hoping that he will finish the race safely!
(23:20)

It made a pit stop for the last refueling and tire change!
(23:19)
LFA #88 Driver Kinoshita went out of the track without any problem. (23:18)
<Special apperance - 23 hours have passed>
Mr. Ulrich Bez, CEO of Aston Martin who has been sharing the same pit for 5 years.
He has been participated the race as a driver as well.
On the body of Aston Martin's machines this year, national flag of Japan and message of "Heart For Japan" are painted.
Furthermore, on the drivers' helmet, message of "disaster reconstruction" in Japanese is written.
All of us have touched their deep concern toward Japan earthquake.
We all appreciate their warm cordiality.

[PIT]
The cause of the stopping is now under investigation, but current aim is to complete the race!!
(23:13)
[PIT]
#87 returned to the course directly after refueling and tire change.
(22:08)
[PIT]
They are refueling the vehicle now.
(22:06)
It seems that LFA#87's trouble isn't engine, but fuel system. (22:05)
[PIT]
#87 managed to come back to the pit by itself!
(22:01)
LFA #87 has just started to move. Good. It seems that it can drive back to the pit by itself. (22:01)
[PIT]
We don't know why #87 is stopping yet.
But it seems that Driver Kinoshita hasn't got any injury or damage.
(22:01)
Now we are asking Driver Kinoshita about current condition. (21:58)
[PIT]
It was reported that #87 is now stopping on the trackside at the back straight.
(21:57)
Ah... LFA#87 stopped at the course side. (21:57)
Current leader, #18 Manthey Porsche is running in 144th lap at the moment.
If #18 could run more 10 laps by the end of the race, its total number of laps is 154.
In this case, 77 laps would be a requirement to finish the race for each team.
(21:56)
[New video] Video of Driver Andre was updated:

(21:55)
Introduction of mechanics who support the race. From CT team, which is participating in the race to play a supporting role and joined the preliminary VLN race, here's Tanaka, in charge of rear mechanism. His nickname is "Hide" and this is his first challenge in Nurburgring. His ordinary job is FD (control). His personal target in the race is "cheerfully and joyfully". (21:56)
Requirement of the race completion that you may be wondering is to run more than half laps the top machine made.
All machines satisfied this requirement would be considered as "Finished the race".
(21:56)
Will Porsche manage to hold on and recover the championship, or will BMW win the championship again? (21:51)
[PIT]
1 hour 30 min to appear the checkered flag.
(21:50)
