There had been a much talked-about topic that the iQ GAZOO version is being produced. Following such rumor, what the GAZOO editor team witnessed was...
First of all, they started the seasoning for the GAZOO version to be released on October 15, 2008 from its "underbody".
- Adjustment of springs and shock absorbers
- Adjustment of the balance in right-left turning
- Reduced vehicle height
- Adjustment in the turning ability by changing the damping force
As in cuisine, it would be equivalent to pre-seasoning, which greatly affects the overall seasoning of the dish.
In addition to its full functions, the aero parts made by Toyota Modellista International were selected to dress up the exterior.
The modification was done for the following exterior parts:
- Front Spoiler
- Side Skirts
- Rear Spoiler
- Center Sports Muffler
- Aluminum Wheel & 16-inch Tires
After having it "seasoned" in Azumafuji, both Naruse, the meister and Morizo, the driver checked the "flavor" of the GAZOO version.
Its exterior gives an impression of "cool" as it looks stout with the lowered body and added aero parts.
Morizo, after tasting the flavor of the GAZOO version, commented,
"The feature of this car, "zippiness" has been further improved. It feels much zippier and more fun to drive."
Cornering was stable at all times, even making the audience like us excited.
